“I have known Laura of True Companion Pet Services as a friend for well over 10 years. Recently we welcomed a new addition to our family. Gunnar, our black Labrador Retriever was acquired from Laura. She took the utmost care to make sure that I received a healthy, top quality animal. With patience, she has also answered my many questions with regard to puppy care without hesitation. It has always been her first concern to make sure this puppy was going to a safe and loving home with well-informed owners.

Without question, I hired Laura to care for Gunnar on a daily basis while I am at work. His reaction to her on visits in my presence is one of exuberance and adoration. I realized that she has developed a trusting bond with him through her care that can only be matched by the presence of his family (us). I can only say that I have the same feeling of confidence that I had when I found a day care provider for my son.

“Let me start by saying I have known Laura for almost 11 years and she is one of the most professional people I’ve met in the Pet business. She is a pleasure to talk to and truly cares for my animals. I moved to New Hampshire in 1996 and was looking for an alternative to leaving my standard Poodle, Max, alone for 8-10 hours while I was at work. I found Laura through word of mouth and have not regretted it since. She met my Max and it was “Love at First Sight” with them. When he was diagnosed with colitis and he had his accidents she would clean up after him, so I wouldn’t come home to a mess. When he was diagnosed with cancer, blind, and deaf he still knew who she was and always had a tail to wag for her and enjoyed their walks. We had to say goodbye to Max in May of 2004. In October of 2004, we said hello to a new pup, Mystique, who is now 2.5 years old and Laura has been there from the beginning. Mystie may be the same breed, but definitely a different personality. She has even worked with my trainer and me to make sure we are both doing the right things. Just to add more complexities to the mix, I foster for “Poodle Rescue of NE” and sometimes when Laura walks in she doesn’t know what she will find. The bottom line, Laura is professional in her dealings with people and has the ability to “Roll with the Punches”. I would not trade her for the world!!”
